I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience I had at your gas station located off I-95. This was by far the worst experience I have had while traveling.
I stopped at your station to refuel and use the restroom, a common need for travelers in this area. Upon entering the restroom, I was met with an unacceptable level of cleanliness. The restroom was filthy, with no toilet paper available. Additionally, one stall was clogged with toilet paper and water, rendering it unusable.
I approached a Wawa employee to report the condition of the restroom, and was told by a young woman that it was not their problem. When I expressed my concern, she responded with a nasty attitude, telling me I was disturbing the peace.
I expect a certain standard of cleanliness and customer service, especially at a location that serves so many travelers. I hope you take immediate action to address these issues and ensure that other customers do not have to endure such an unpleasant experience.
