Wouldn’t know what the business is like. I’m sure the business is nice, being that they proudly carry Shure and Crown.

Online states they are open from 12-6PM. I arrived to purchase some in-ears on a time pinch (my monitors broke, needed a replacement last minute).

The doors were locked and the lights were off at 3:51PM on a Wednesday. The sign on the door says to use the side entrance and to knock on the door to receive access; Or to call their number to get in. I knocked on both doors and called their number 4 times. No answer :/

Maybe they were just on lunch and I came at a bad time,...
