Notus Farmhouse — Local services in Fort Smith

It doesn’t surprise me at all, that this venue is 5 stars! We had the venue booked for Friday, Saturday and Sunday for our wedding. Our guests COULD NOT believe how beautiful the place was and so many small details that just made this venue so comfortable and accommodating. Things you wouldn’t even think of. I went and bought soaps and things for the each of bathrooms and little did I know, they had already stocked extra’s in the closest by the kitchen. Each room had its own A/C, t.v with Roku. The kitchen was almost fully stocked with pans and cookware so we made a grocery run for a huge breakfast for our bridal party.. the barn is packed full of decoration sheds, a few odd and end tool sets that come in handy, an industrial size refrigerator and an ice machine. There was an issue with the A/C to the barn and I called Patty, and within 20 minutes the A/C guy was out replacing the fan blade AND motor. All of our guests and vendors were blown away by how beautiful this venue is. Absolutely loved loved having my wedding at Notus farmhouse-got married March 20, 2021! I was looking for a beautiful, unique venue that felt like getting married in someones backyard. It was a beautiful mixture of adorable but relaxed so that the guests could feel like they could chill and have fun without having to be too formal. I had the dancing outside, which allowed there to still be good quieter conversation inside the barn. I was looking for a place where my nieces/nephews could run and play without getting into trouble-they loved the corn hole and playing on the tree swing and the firetruck. The barn full of decor was very helpful to get vision or my place settings. I stayed at the house the night before and had my hair/makeup lady come to me which made the morning very relaxed/allowed all of my bridesmaids and I to get ready together. Candy is super kind and wonderful. Very reasonably priced venue that does not add on extra costs for outside vendors. Would do it...

During the period of time that we were waiting for our wedding day, about a month before the big day, my husband and I found out a storm rolled through Oklahoma and damaged our wedding venue. As it was only 30 days before our wedding day you can imagine we were freaking out and knew our options were going to be very limited. Luckily, my husband and I found Notus Farmhouse online and seen they had our date available! Upon visiting the farmhouse, we fell in love with the venue and all the amenities they offered. We loved how DIY you could be to completely set up your wedding and decorations to your liking. We would also definitely recommend paying for the “Shed” add-on option that provided us with so many more decorations and items we used for our day.
