Unfortunately this is one of those places where you have to dig everything out of the bag, double check it, then repack it up before leaving. Since it is this place or driving down to Roland for fast food, we often grab something here after a long work day, and more often than not we get things in our order we completely did not ask for, or improperly prepared items that we did order. As an example, just today we got three simple #1's (just the burger, not the combos), no additions or substitutions. Got them home, opened the wrappers and one was just meat and cheese on buns, one has pickles and tomatoes with mayo, and another was just pickles again with mayo. I know it's mostly kids working there and we don't go back and make a fuss (mostly because we're just too tired), but come on.. just follow the instructions.
EDIT: While I appreciate you directing me to the Sonic âcontact usâ page, weâve actually tried to help make the franchise location better by calling back up and speaking to the manager on duty several months ago. Nothing changed, no new upsurge in quality, no across the board customer service expectations seem to have been met, and our (and neighbors and fellow customers) all still have the same old complaints about this location. It just is what it is, until we get options in Muldrow this location will be the choice for those of us too tired or rushed to drive outside...
   Read moreThe sonic in Muldrow is one of the worst sonics I have ever been to. Since I pass it on my way home I give a chance about 3 or 4 times a month. Their burgers are always so messy you can tell they just slop them together. Most of the time they are also cold. Tonight I stopped by on my way home and ordered a banana milkshake, easy right? No apparently not. First off it took them 15 minutes (I timed it) to take my order. After I told her I wanted a banana milkshake she told me it would be another 15 minutes because she said, there was only 1car hop on duty. I figured since I waited this long I might as well wait. When she finally brought it out (with milkshake running all down the sides an you guessed it, no napkins)I paid for it, I left. On the way home I took a sip an guess what? It wasnât the banana that I ordered it was a vanilla shake. I have learned my lesson this time to be sure an I encourage everyone to go elsewhere for their food an drink.    Read moreJanuary 21st 2018. Very rude carhop named Morgan. She shoved my drink in my window without any kind of greeting! When I looked up all I could see was the bottom of my cup in My face! I looked at her (after I got my drink out of my face) and tried to make eye contact but she never would even look at me! So I said out loud to my son which was in the passenger seat "wow she's got a raunchy attitude!" Then she said "I'm Morgan I'll be your carhop" in a mad rambling voice. Still never making eye contact with me! She should be glad my door couldn't open due to the stall, and I had my son with me or she very well could have been picking herself up off that ground!! I called after I got home and talked to the manager Dwight and expressed all of this to him also! I advised him that Miss Morgan needed an attitude adjustment and at least a 15 minute cigarette break or she was probably gonna have her face smeared before the day was over! Needless to say...
