In a nutshell, the best word that I can apply to this business is "disappointment." As a matter of fact, if I could award them with zero stars or possibly a negative balance of stars, I would be happy to do so. This business once had a five-star rating from myself, but more recently has shown me that they are incapable of delivering the things that they advertise. I saw multiple deals around Black Friday that interested me so I placed orders based on these deals. For example, $1 or $5 down, and just in the past month, I attempted to order two beds from them, as some of our beds have broken down and need to be replaced. I put my trust in these people to get my family what they need, as I have paid off multiple items in the past and thought that maybe they would enjoy the relationship with a trustworthy customer. However, I was terribly mistaken. Not only did they cease communication with me, they promised me pictures of beds that did not match anything on their website, and could not even deliver the wrong pictures to my inbox. As a matter of fact, I received no media whatsoever. Once communication stopped, I noticed that there were refunds in my bank account for the down payments that I had paid online. I still to this day have not received any communication from anyone in the store, and hereby swear to never do business with this pathetic excuse of a rental facility for as long as I may live. Just for entertainment purposes, this is the review that I once gave them: "This place has been a true blessing to my family, as we were short on money for my son's birthday. They came through with affordable payments on a Nintendo switch, not to mention a beautiful 4k LG tv, and were incredibly easy to work with. There's no credit check, and unfortunately, they do not report to the credit bureaus, which is my only negative mark on their company. However, if you are having issues making a payment, they are beyond understanding and wiling to help. For making on time payments, you accrue bonus bucks, which can be used toward a payment if you are short. The staff is super friendly and down to earth, and I am a happy customer!"

They took my money immediately, and that is fine because I wanted the product. After 2 days they finally reached out to ask when I wanted it delivered. another day goes by and they respond that they still need some identification and proof of income. I sent it immediately. The next day I called and they said that the manager would have to review everything. I explained that they told me that yesterday, and I have been patient, but at this point I need to know what is going on or to issue me a refund. I wasn't mad at this point just needed what I paid for or my money back. He places me on hold for about 10 minutes. I hang up and call back and he said that the manager will be getting in contact with me. I received a text a short while later explaining that I had a past account that caused me a denial. Okay again understandable but why did it take 4 days to get me that information and me calling? Then they stated that the refunded me and I was grateful for that as well. 1 minute after the refund was notified to my card and additional charge for the same amount was charged on my account. I told them and they said that they don't store my information so that is impossible. I sent them screen shots of all of the activity from them in my account and they said to contact my bank because they have done everything on their end. I waited until today because the weekend and Monday and banks and processes. My bank said yes they see the additional charge, and it is truly an additional charge that rent one out a temporary hold for that money to expire on 5/26. So they charged me, refunded me and then placed an additional hold charge for the same amount?? Why? And why lie about it? I feel like this is border line illegal.
