My daughter and I stooped by this location on 4/14/25 to find the door locked at 1624 hours. The lights were on and the open sign was activated. So my daughter and I walked to the adjacent store for a few minutes just to see if someone would be there when we came back out. Low and behold, there was a black car parked in front of mine. We walked back to Cricket and u pulled the door which opened. After entering the store no one was inside. I called out verbally, I called the phone number listed on the door nothing!! My daughter then say, it's someone sitting in that black car, they just opened the door. Mind you we could see the person just sitting out there while we stood inside the store for approximately 10 minutes! By this time I have had it. I told my daughter to let's go! As we approached the vehicles I asked the lady that was just sitting in her car did she work there? She opened the door more and stood up and said yes! So I said you didn't see us go into the store? We have been inside for 10 minutes. That's after coming the first time at 1624 hours and you wasn't even here! Heavy smoke exiting the woman's vehicle as she's saying, but I'm just saying yall need some help though!! At this point ABSOLUTELY not! I won't spend a dime in there after this. People really need to consider their jobs, as well as their job description. This was my first ever experience with Cricket. I've been with VZW for over 30 years and was looking into changing my service. I will return to this location if I chose to switch my service. Customer service is very important to me. Read moreWorst customer service EVER. I drive from Perry because they didn’t have a hotspot device - after they told the Perry representative that they had one. The young “lady” didn’t know how to activate the device - incompetent and rude - she tells me Perry didn’t ask if it was working, not concerned about me driving to a different city. Asked about contacting tech support and she refused, saying they wouldn’t answer on Sunday. Totally rude, didn’t attempt to apologize for inconvenience - told her “No problem, I gotcha” - as it was obvious she doesn’t like her job. She shouts to me what can I do about it. Instead of being provoked to violence and an argument as she clearly doesn’t care about her job, I assured her it will be properly addressed. I had a very, very great shopping experience with Ms. Jada. She went above and beyond to make sure I got the phone I wanted that was for a Christmas gift. Came in the store multiple times looking at phones and she was very, very patient and helpful with me. She answered all questions asked. I found a phone I liked along with some accessories to go with it. I came back a week later to purchase a phone for myself. Once again she helped me with selecting a phone, plan and accessories for my phone. But what I liked the most was that she wasn't trying to make a sell nor force me to buy something that I didn't want.
