Food Depot # 15 — Local services in Fort Valley

Arrived at Food Depot at 8:52 pm. They now close at 9pm because of the virus. I was told they were closed by the employee guarding the door. I said you was not closed 10 seconds earlier when the man and woman came in right before me, she responded oh they should not have came in but she let them. I do not know if race was involved but we were of different races. So i have been coming to Food Depot for 30 years even when they went by a different name but still the same company. I will NEVER shop at this store again or any of the stores owned by this company. I wil drive all the way to Byron to Freshway to buy what i need. There food is fresher and around the same price after you add the 10% that...

Can't give 0 stars. Has to be the nastiest grocery store I have ever set foot in. Often times it smells like a dog kennel. The meat counter is always gross. They sit the chicken up. Its frozen when they put it out so then the juices from the packages leak all down the counter and all over the other packages. When I went in this week the beef was all brown. To top it off another customer and I saw a mouse running around the floor. I'm done. I have shopped there several times because other than the Dollar General (which is not a full grocery store) Fort Valley has no other grocery store. From now on I will take the time and spend the money to drive to Perry or Warner Robins to go to the...

I used to shop here on a regular basis but haven't since this trip... The store was dirty and cluttered..prices are going up on many items I buy.. Produce is usually good.. Products are not being restocked on a lot of items I buy...Employees are helpful and courteous...but you really need to step up your game over there... Your the only grocery store Fort Valley has... And also the surrounding area...a lot of stores have closed already, leaving few options...your community is...
