I know some of y'all might think I'm doing too much or over exaggerating but I MUST call out the heros that saved my life today! And when I say saved my life , try being 5 months pregnant with a BAD tooth and having to be outside in this cold weather every morning! Trying to cry yourself to sleep every night and not take too much medicine for the sake of your unborn !!FANTASTIC SMILES of FORT VALLEY GA , y'all saved my life !!! Dr.Marable and his staff were definitely my saving grace today!!!! Since December, I had been waiting to get this tooth pulled and the earliest everyone had was February! Since Thanksgiving I've had to visit the hospital for this tooth ! Hoco health department told me to call Fantastic Smiles this morning and they got me in SAME DAY ! My appt was at 1:00 and with the whole process , I was out in 2 hrs ! The front desk staff were super friendly and concerned considering the fact I came in in tears and with my face wrapped up like a mummie !The doctor's assistants were very welcoming as well and made sure I understood my pre and post opp instructions.They also made sure I had everything I needed during my visit . Dr.Marable's office alone is a very relaxing environment and he definitely did a awesome job on removing my tooth safely to be an expecting patient ! I HIGHLY recommend this office to anyone, ESPECIALLY if you are in pain and need a tooth gone ASAP !! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!! Dr.Marable was wonderful on pulling 2 of my husband's teeth and they were awesome on getting him in with an emergency appointment Staff was kind when we came there but afterwards.. I called days later about my husband still being in pain the whole weekend but I didnt have $150 to pay them for another visit. and I was told from a sweet lady that she would talk to the doctor about seeing my husband and see what they could do for him and call me back. I never got a call back so later that afternoon I politely called and asked if they had heard anything back from the doctor and a horribly rude woman by the name of ALICIA said there's no reason we need to speak to the doctor, your husband's not getting anymore pills! I said wow that was really unnecessary and rude and she said excuse me?? I had to hang up before I lost my mind. It's not even just what she said, as if just because my husband is in pain so he is now a suspected pill addict. It was the hateful tone she said it in. I cant even understand why you would have someone with no care or concern for your patients and a horrible ugly demeanor working at your front desk dealing with customers. Dr. Marable you should put that woman in the very back of the facility where she couldn't have contact with patients. Not only have my husband and I had a horrible experience just because of her attitude but there is plenty other reviews explaining situations where she was rude to them as well. I went for a "cleaning only" with an Insurance policy recently purchased. I'm retired and rely on Social Security for all my expenses. I was told by office personnel that I needed deep cleaning and that it would be covered by my insurance policy. I questioned it, but was assured that I wouldn't have any out of pocket cost. I then received a benefit statement from my insurance for $868.00 which was payable to my dental office. I questioned Dr. Marable's office staff as to what would be the outcome since it was no fault of mine. I was not given an answer until the fourth or fifth call was made. Finally it was explained to me that the office assumed "deep cleaning" was a regular maintenance cost...which in my opinion should have been questioned if in doubt. I never would have agreed to the procedure knowing I had to pay the total amount plus the insurance premium. I was informed that Dr. Marable was willing to adjust the billing down to $500. I've since paid $150 towards it. I feel that I'm paying for their mistake. I won't trust their statements going forward. Any procedure I have done will be pre-approved through my...
