My experience with Nukesylo Computers was nothing short of amazing. To say that I am completely satisfied, would be an understatement. A recent lightning strike had disabled my machine. I do not consider myself to be tech savvy by any means, but James brought my old desktop machine up to date and taught me a few things along the way. . I had stubborn start-up issues, an old damaged (and frightfully slow) hard drive. James told me that he could either repair my machine or help me build another from the ground up. James got me the part I needed and did not gouge me. I found his pricing to be more than fair. And his personal service went far beyond what any box store can offer. Best of all, this is a locally-owned and operated business. You arenât paying extra for commercials or a large uncaring corporation promoting their âgeniusesâ or âgeek squadâ. Jamesâ patience with me was exceptional. He explained things that I did not understand, and actually taught this old dog some new tricks. When I had another issue, James made it right and was able to text me through getting my machine back on line and how to reload my programs and save all my personal data. I am not a gamer, but if I was, James would be my repair service of choice. He showed me some of the builds he has created and his knowledge is second to none.
I urge anyone that is looking for honest, affordable computer or laptop repair issues, to look no further. THIS is the repair service you want. James does much of his work from home, and that means cost-cutting savings⌠but he is available for remote and onsite service if needed. I donât normally write reviews unless I am really satisfied. Obviously, I am happy with with my repairs and the personal service experience I received with...

I took my laptop to a bigger, computer repair store first. After having it for 3 weeks they gave me a call and said itâs not the battery, probably the mother board so thereâs nothing they could do.
Took it to James, even though he had over 10 systems before mine, he got back to me in a week. Told me exactly what was wrong and sent pictures. Then gave me options with prices for a new or used part.
Will definitely go back if I ever decide to get a PC built or anymore...
