This is hands down my favorite spot for Mexican food in Okaloosa! A & A Food Truck in Fort Walton is such a hidden gem. The food is absolutely amazing — so fresh, flavorful, and honestly the best I’ve had around here. I also love the little setup they have. It’s in a great location with plenty of outdoor seating, tables, fans to keep you cool, and even a hand washing station, which is such a nice touch. They’ve thought of everything, even cold drinks on hand. But what really makes this place special is the sweet woman who runs it. She’s so friendly and welcoming, and she actually comes out to check on you to make sure your food is good and just how you like it. You can tell she really cares about her customers. If you’re in the area and craving good Mexican food, you’ve got to stop by. You won’t be disappointed!

I can't say enough good things about this food truck and the incredible woman behind it. She's genuinely the kindest and most patient person I've encountered in the service industry. The food is absolutely delicious; I've had the quesadilla, muffuletta, and birria sandwich, and they were all mind-blowingly good. If it were financially feasible, I'd eat here every day. The owner really listens to her customers' preferences. I grabbed hot sauce to add some spice to my birria, and she saw and brought out this amazing sauce that took everything to the next level with a kick. If I could, I would give her 10 stars and a permanent storefront. I had questions about the yuka and she made me a nice portion to try out. Just amazing service really.

Situated right next to Clark’s Barber Lounge so I’ve been trying this place out after each haircut. The owner is very personable and I love that each time I come (months apart) he adds on to the aesthetic /presentation to make it more welcoming. Love the food choices with solid pricing. I get the spicy Birria ramen every time I go but I’ve had their Philly quesadilla and muffuletta which were both delish! The epitome of a hidden gem food truck. Last visit I was served by I assumed his son. Great service. Keep doing what you guys are doing!

Ah, the food truck/trailer?—one of life’s great equalizers. No pomp, no reservations, just raw culinary ambition on wheels (or maybe blocks). Today, we’re diving into a truck parked at the edge of the universe, or at least the center of FWB where no one thinks of a place to go to eat . Let’s call it Spice is Life, a neon-lit temple to the gods of flavor and an unholy marriage of cultural mashups that somehow works.

First, the Birria Ramen. What kind of mad scientist dreams this up? Tender, slow-cooked birria beef drowning in a deep, smoky consommé, tangled with noodles that beg to be slurped with unapologetic gusto. The broth—rich, spicy, and unapologetically messy—is like a mariachi band performing in your mouth. Pro tip: dip an accompanying birria taco into the broth. It’s decadent, borderline obscene, and utterly worth it.

And then, the Cuban Quesadilla, a fusion fever dream that should be illegal in several states. Imagine the soul of a Cubano sandwich—mojo pork, ham, Swiss cheese, pickles, and mustard—reborn in a griddled tortilla. It’s crunchy, gooey, tangy, and salty, with just enough grease to remind you why napkins were invented. It’s the lovechild of a Cuban abuela and a Mexican street vendor, and somehow, they’ve raised a masterpiece.

This truck doesn’t just serve food; it serves bold choices. It’s where boundaries come to die and flavor reigns supreme. If you’re not dripping broth down your chin or laughing at the audacity of it all, you’re doing it wrong. So go—find this hidden gem, take a lap around the parking lot, and prepare your taste buds for the ride of their lives. Just remember, this isn’t fine dining; it’s fun dining. And isn’t that what we’re all...

One of the best bowls of ramen I have ever had in my life!!! I grew up in FWB and have since moved back after living 25 yrs down in the Fort Lauderdale area. My palette for taste of foods and varieties, is pretty wide as my Momma had a Philippine/Thai restaurant growing up. I forgot to take pictures but the ones they have on their menu are spot on. I ordered the Birria Ramen and Birria Tacos…both beef. There is another option for pork. The ramen I order with a spice level of 5. Spice level was perfect, made my lips tingle but didn’t take away from the flavor of the dish itself. The tacos came with a side of slaw and that dish was yummy as well. I was greeted by the friendliest young gentlemen who took my order. I waited patiently outside and took notice of how clean everything was down to the pebble flooring. The wait was not long and I brought the food home. I did add some fresh squeezed lime to my ramen just for kicks and was not disappointed. This will become a regular staple on my...

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend this food truck enough! From the moment you walk up, you're greeted with a warm smile and genuine hospitality from the owner. It's clear that they take pride not only in their food but in creating a welcoming atmosphere for every customer.

Now, let’s talk about the food—simply incredible. Each dish is packed with flavor, made with fresh ingredients, and clearly prepared with care. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or indulging in a full meal, you’ll find something to love on the menu. Everything I’ve tried has been nothing short of delicious.

What sets this food truck apart is the combination of amazing food and the personal touch the owner brings to the experience. You don't just feel like another customer; you feel like part of the community.

If you're looking for a local gem with great food and even better service, this is it! You won’t be...
