I wish I could give them-5 stars, I was sent to the dock but shortly after I backed up a guy came out and told me that I’m in wrong dock, send me to another one, back up in that one and the same story, I get to the 3rd one and I was asking the guy to come outside to take a look if this stuff is coming to them. Yes it’s for us but we have a shift change in 40 minutes so when the next guy is getting here you let him know that the load is coming to this place, the guy shows up 30 minutes later after shift change. I asked him if he can give me an estimate of how long it would take and he is telling me that he need to do other stuff around and then he will take care of truck that he was in the dock when I pulled in, I asked him once again if he can give me something in order to let my next customer know when I will get to them, he just turned the music louder and left. Now I have to cancel my next load. So my advice is before you get to the dock go inside and ask them to come out to take a look at the stuff you bring in, also if you can, avoid it at all cost, it’s not worth it. Rude...

The lady at the guard shack was very polite. The dock was tight… however I arrived at “break time” and was told it would be a minute before I could get some help. No problem. Was told engine had to be off because of fumes…again no problem. The problem I had was the 7 people here in the dock where I was told to load in that are employees ALL SMOKING! The language was insane, the smoke was overwhelming and the profanity was something. Now I am aware people speak how they want to, however when your on your time and others are around but still on company property you should act respectful!! The dock area was so dirty and full of debris it was disgusting. My first impression of the guard shack was slowly changing as my overall experience here dwindled. Directions: From I-69 take US-27. As soon as you pass 930 (Coliseum Blvd) make slight right on Wells St. From there you make right on W State St. As everyone says use the main gate, which will be the second gate on the right if you are coming from east, visitor entrance (see pics)

Delivering? Got there to deliver at 10:45pm. You check in at security, they give you a map. I delivered on the forged dock, the waiting area is in the corner where no one goes thru which is probably the reason people wait for someone to show up. After waiting for 30min I called security and someone showed up within minutes. Unloading took 5 minutes (7 pallets)
