Infinite TCG — Local services in Fort Wayne

This place is just terrible. I’m not sure who the lady that works at this shop is but good lord can she use some manners and customer service education. I went in to sell a full binder of duplicates. I had it all organized and I figured I wouldn’t get a massive amount like people are asking for on eBay but she barely skimmed through the binder checked a few random cards throughout told me a just RIDICILOUSLY lowball price and then didn’t even bother to put the cards back but just sort of handed them back. Like I said I didn’t expect an insane amount and I would’ve been okay with a lower offer but Jesus the way she came off as all knowing and treating me like I was an annoyance rather than a potential customer I will never come back to this spot. I should’ve listened to everyone that says this place is overpriced and a last resort for buying or selling and boy how true that is. Whoever the owner or manager is needs to train their employees (the lady at least; the younger guy is super friendly and knowledgeable) or hire new folks, don’t have someone there who just...

I saw the reviews that said that this place was good and had good prices and great selection so I came here. When I came I had my cards ready to sell and then like she just looked at my cards and she's like okay she looked at my really rare cards and she took some of my rare cards out of their top loaders and I'm like okay? She said that she would buy all the cards that I had some of which were over $100 for $1. I said no obviously and so then she gave me back my cards not including the top-loaders that she took them out of. She said that the cards that on eBay were selling over $40 were worth a nickel. This place is horrible. I brought my whole set of vintage Pokémon cards I looked them all over and rated the condition strictly by TCGplayer standards I have a lot of near mint cards they been in the binder since 2001. I priced the 61 fouls and 49 rare non foils goin FB for $2,050.12 on TCG website. This store told me they would pay out 40% I could do that so went there and she only looked at 4-5 cards then offered me $275 for all of it. Said my Shining Gyarados was beat up or she could give me more. That card is in near mint condition not a single flaw on the edges or the foil front and back are almost perfect and it’s worth $310 by its self. This place is a robbery DO NOT sell cards here.
