My favorite local business, with many delicious family recipe offerings. My personal favorites are the ham salad, cranberry salad, pickled eggs, Dutch slaw, fresh pork steaks that are individually wrapped, steaks, small portions of bransweiger, nice variety of sliced cheeses and lunch meats and Redding potato salad. The employees are very welcoming here. The meat is good quality and the prices are at market price. They have some of the best quality chicken wings.
