Rhinestones and Roses Flowers and Boutique — Local services in Fort Wayne

BEWARE this business. We paid $150.00 for a dozen roses and a teddy bear and our home was infested with hundreds of tiny insects that were all over the flowers and in the gift bag. We called being respectful and polite only to be called liars and talked down to. The owner was excessively rude and disrespectful, and raised her voice at me threatening to have her attorney contact us. She demanded we send video of the incident which we did not take. We took pictures as best we could during this emergency. We have a 9 year old on Chemotherapy and cannot have her exposed to insects and pesticides. We explained this, but we're met with nothing but more rudeness and combativeness from the owner. She refused to offer a resolution and challenged us to sue her business. She would not give me a chance to barely speak. She just kept cutting me off and trying to gaslight me into believing I was being "scary" which I most certainly was not. This is the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a business, and I can not stress to you how sorry I am that we decided to go with them. Their reviews had us sold. This new shop is absolutely adorable!! They have something for everyone! When I walked in, I was greeted by 2 beautiful ladies with the bubbliest personality. I felt so welcomed and they were very nice and eager to help if needed. I didn't go in needing to make a purchase as I just wanted to look around. But, I found the perfect top to wear on a trip during the the plane ride. I was going to be traveling late in the evening but didn't want to take a jacket. The top I got was perfect for just this occasion. Can not wait to go back and see what they bring for the holidays. One of my favorite boutiques! Everything from fashions to gifts to a full fledged floral shop. Lots of fun & unusual items you won't find anywhere else. Baby & pet items, ANNNDDD they also carry DeBrand's fine chocolates made right in Ft. Wayne. The staff is very welcoming & just adds that special touch. The dressing rooms are large so you have plenty of room to try on clothing & again, the staff is so accommodating & will offer help where needed & any suggestions. I have visited both stores: Ft.
