Before I begin the negative, I would like to say, this store has a very beautiful and wide range selection of furniture. Good quality and reasonably priced for the furniture there. The gentlemen that helped me load up my furniture were absolutely amazing and would recommend them to load your furniture (if you end up being sucked into purchasing this furniture(we will get to it here shortly)) As I walked into this store, my first experience was met by a cold greeting from a sales rep. She asked me “what are you here for?” I let it go at first because I thought she was having a rough day and proceeded to greet her back warmly and told her we were here for a pick up. From there on, it was just negativity and rudeness. Complications of delivery and a changed in a quoted price agreed on the very first visit. It’s ashamed their sales rep doesn’t keep her word. The quote was more then half of the first agreement. Our patience was wearing thin and asked to talk to the store manager. Not only did we not see the manager but then guilt into having the sales rep tell us she would pay out of pocket for now half of the new delivery price. I would just like to warn everyone before you purchase any furniture from here ask for a refund policy and a firm quoted delivery price. Like I stated before, she might have had a bad day. But that does not excuse rude behavior in such a beautiful store. I am more than likely not going to purchase any furniture in the future. So sad for such...

We love this store and every piece of furniture and accessory we've ever bought from them. Even if we are not in the market to purchase something new, we love dropping by and chatting with Mr. Brumbaugh - he loves the military and its veterans (gives a discount), and is so knowledgable about Fort Worth, the furniture business, and what exemplary customer service is all about. When we were picking out a new sofa, ottoman, rugs, and barstools from the floor to take home with us, he told us that if we were not happy with our purchases after seeing them in our home, he would pick up what we didn't like and would do whatever it took to make us happy. Now - that's a furniture store I absolutely recommend to anyone looking for high-end furniture! And - word to the wise - if you drop by just to chat, chances are you'll see something you can't...
