Everman Market — Local services in Fort Worth

I've been shopping here my entire 37 years of life and have never had a bad experience with the clerks or the products. As a matter of fact they have quite a few items cheaper than ANYWHERE else. The owner now is a pretty cool guy. Before him, his parents ran it and they were good people too. They burned down and rebuilt and always accept people trying to start business with open arms since they do own the whole building and have allowed restaurant, construction, smoke shop, metro pcs, produce stand, and now a barber shop and tax place and beauty salon. The tall black guy that works there may not seem nice because he doesn't talk but has been there for at least 15 years or more. Never had an issue with him. Now the girls that work there, all sisters by the way, are awesome and very helpful and polite. I highly recommend this store. They have hair, and beauty supply, like clippers , nose hair trimmers, blow dryers and they have snacks and drinks. They have clothing, jewelry like nose rings and etc. phone chargers, hats,...

I’d have given more than one star, because the prices are great! However, when I purchased a vape from this store the tall dark cashier man with the beard was my cashier, I opened the vape in front of him at the counter to ensure it was good and not faulty before leaving the store. As I did this the vape I’d been given kept going after I’d finished hitting it for a good few seconds or so. I let the man hear it and told him that wasn’t normal nor was it supposed to do that the man stated that I’d be fine and refused to switch it out with one that worked properly. That’s not how that was supposed to work as I’ve bought several over time and they’re supposed to stop going after you’re done puffing it. Since having have had to leave the store with it it’s also heated up on its own just from turning it on. His customer service was very poor & we will not be going back. Nor will this beauty supply store be one that I recommend to anyone...

The owner of this establishment is RUDE and the staff are rude as well. The store is close to me but I will be traveling further to spend money with people who know how to treat their customers. The owner yelled at me for showing him hair in his store that he says he didn’t sell. Would not recommend this...
