GraphicRocks Sandblasted Engraving — Local services in Fort Worth

First, Graphic Rocks is an unscrupulous business! Without question, I wouldn't do business with this company. You will regret spending money with this company since they do not have any acceptable or reasonable business practices. They take your money and then you have no recourse when the order is wrong.

They don't return phone calls nor do they respond to written messages left on their website. I've left numerous voice and written messages over the past three weeks and haven't been contacted regarding my order. I ordered a marker for my cat in December and they sent me the wrong marker. I requested that they provide the marker I ordered, but they haven't responded to my re-order. Also, I've asked for a refund and this hasn't been provided either.

Evidently, from what I've experienced, this business dealing is not uncommon as there is a one-star, negative review from another customer.

I'm filing a Better Business Bureau complaint with the Texas BBB and will likely follow up with a small claims law suit. For me, it's the principle of the matter. I want to do all I can to identify this company for what they are -- a sham company that takes your money, yet doesn't provide...

I cannot recommend this business enough!! I found them on Amazon com, but worked with them directly after investigating the seller online. From the initial contact with Lori at Graphicrocks, we felt very secure placing our order for a personalized engraved stone.
