Customer service and responsiveness is horrendous from this firm. Once they installed the system their responsiveness fell off a cliff. The last several times we reached out to them for service it literally tools days and weeks to get them to acknowledge our service request, and that was only after repeated attempts to contact them. If you are hoping for a company that specializes in automation systems to have commensurate customer service responsiveness, H Customs is not that company. I can not recommend this firm.
1/12/22 H customs replied within hours of my Google review. If they had been anywhere near as responsive to me as a customer they wouldn’t have earned the low 2 star rating. And interestingly, it is the owners personal cell number we were given to report service requests (same as in their response to this review). Sadly, it didn’t make a difference. Service requests remained unanswered for days and weeks sometimes. Don’t be fooled by their apparent attempt as a “concerned for their customers” business entity. They apparently watch their reviews more than their service...

The initial consult and install of my equipment was great but after that it took an act of God for them to answer the phone or reply to a voicemail. My remote went out so I tried calling to order a new one. Well after the 3rd attempt I finally got ahold of Craig. Prior to this I left a message with a lady whom I assuming was the front desk. Second attempt was a voicemail to Craig.
I also inquired about a cell booster because I have very bad reception at my residence. Craig sold me on an item they can install. Against my better judgment I agreed and asked for the invoice so I can order everything. Im still waiting to say the least. Im pretty much asking them to take my money but they never answer...

However, like you see from many other reviews, getting them to come back for additional work is impossible. I started back in March trying to get them out to go through my system, check things that weren’t working properly, upgrade some others and what not. I even spoke with the owner on the phone one day who assured me he would get me a bid emailed. Well, here we are almost 10 weeks later and all I can get is one excuse after another.
