Eternal Tree House — Local services in Fortuna

Very pleasant cook/manager made our 6-hour trip this afternoon a little easier - she made special pancakes for my daughter, served us some fantastic locally-made patty sausage and terrific biscuits, and decent coffee, too. A good price & huge servings & great service.

All the bicyclists going through the Avenue of the Giants seemed to stop here, too - a very popular destination for them to fuel up, apparently.

I'll definitely stop again the next time I'm up in that neck...

One of the gift shops was closed but across the street there was one open with all sorts of good items for memorabilia. Nice service too, I recommend getting the huckleberry taffy...

The eternal tree house itself is underwhelming to be honest... the avenue of the giants is a great drive though to see some of the greatest trees...
