Audio Plus — Local services in Four Corners States

Money hungry! Won't install speakers you bring. They force you to buy from them, or no installation. Here's a thought, don't advertise yourself as audio install if all you care about is audio sales. Nowhere does the advertising for this business say must buy speakers or you won't be serviced, but that's how it is out here! Very disappointing and unprofessional.

Audio Express in Santa Fe had no problem installing my 3rd party parts. Speakers work excellent, and they even said it sounds great and gave a warranty on their work. You lose people forcing a sale. You should do NM a favor and remove audio install from your Google listing. You simply sell audio equipment. You're not a true install service. For that we have to travel 30 min to Santa Fe. You could help out your community by actually installing parts. but you're too money hungry. Some of us buy luxury speakers your store doesn't carry and get then installed. We shouldn't be denied service simply for wanting to install our quality speakers vs the cheap ones in your store. Imagine the business you throw away by not welcoming ALL audio customers. Literally money left on the table because all you care about is money. Not everyone is greedy like you. Thank Goodness for that. Huge thanks to Audio Express for actually being an audio install shop like what I'm used to back in Florida! No thanks to you....
