Counter Culture — Local services in Four Corners States

We had Counter Culture come over to cut our counter tops to fit a new sink we bought for our kitchen. Wayne came over to do the cuts. After he was done and left, I noticed that when the sink was in place, there were large gaps on 3 corners between the sink and the counter tops! He had totally messed up our counter! Being young and naive with no experience in this kind of situation before, I paid in cash and failed to get an invoice from him (totally my own fault there). However, when we tried to call and get an invoice or have someone return to fix the issue, they never returned our calls. Working with Eric and Wayne on our kitchen remodel could not have gone any better. They did our quartz countertops and came in on time and on budget. Their pricing was competitive (not the cheapest or most expensive, we got 5 quotes) but their customer service and attention to detail far surpassed expectations.
