The hike going to the falls was easy. We saw a lot of parents and their children along the way. It would have just been OK if one is contented just watching other people climb up at the end of the trail to reach the doughnut rock. But I just had to experience it (being a senior citizen). Climbing up was not bad, just taking my time, using the rocks as my guide. Watching the water inside the cavern was amazing and was worth the climb. I went inside the cave knowing my feet were going to be icy cold, but it was worth it to see the beauty and feel the rush and power of the water. I did it in converse shoes which I dont recommend. My feet were numb...
