Iāve been using this company for five years and I have had nothing but positive interactions and family like Atmosphere, every time I go into the store or Talk to them on the phone, If youāre looking for a place that Treats You more like a Friend Rather than how most of todays businesses will treat you like a statistic ā¦.then Iām telling you this is the place for you! Iāve had ups and Iāve had downs financially like Iām sure everyone else has , And this Crew of amazing people have always worked with me And understood my Situations the times I needed it most , They were always there to support and understand met situation I have leased to own with them for the entire time Iāve lived here and I will continue to use them anytime I needed something and the value of the customer satisfaction and easy to use warranty and overall customer care experience you get for your product is worth every penny They Are just simply amazing people to be around and to talk to whenever I go to the store and look around while making my payment! Tiffani Has been amazing hands-down, the most understanding and kind person Iāve dealt with on anything related to Leasing or customer service for that matter, she has been nothing but polite to me and never once been disrespectful or rude! If I could give them 10 stars, I absolutely would. When I moved here back in 2020 I went to Aaronās and got treated very poorly and Iām not trying to say that they are a poorly run establishment because I donāt go there anymore, but I will say that when they wouldnāt accept my income being at that time literally $26 short of what I wouldāve been Needing to be approved, they wouldnāt even talk to me or try to understand the situation Easy furniture gave me the chance I needed and told me to go pick out what I needed before I even filled out my application. They were getting it ready and setting it up on a table for me and told me that no matter what they would get me taken care of so the difference was night and day between the two locations To get my House up and going furniture wise and itās never once treated me like an application Or approval on a piece of paper so if youāre looking to Get that next piece of furniture or electronic for your house and need a little bit easier payment schedule then paying it in full Go to easy furniture in Vernal and ask for Tiffani , She will make Sure they get what they need before they Leave the location! Ā Ā Ā Read moreSo i went to an EZ Furniture store located in Vernal ,Utah..I received great customer service and I chose a practically brand new used mattress, and a really awesome speaker that's Bluetooth and I can play my guitar through it..They always worked with me when I was a day or so late with my payment but here's the amazing part of doing business with an EZ Furniture store..I lost my job , and I've been out of work for going on three weeks. So I planned on moving back to the big city and I brought the speaker back and intended on making arrangements to have the mattress picked up. But the awesome EZ people had another idea in mind..Between Tiffany the manager and with help from Brad who remembered me and where I live,back from like 8 months or more ,They extended my payment a month out ,since I had come so close to paying it off..I should be working by then and I'll get to keep my stuff.I was very grateful for that.. But that's not all. As i was getting ready to leave this beautiful, sweet woman who works at EZ had left the store and her car was by mine.Her name was Skye, and I honestly think she was an Angel. We had a very nice conversation ,shared about our cars,my loss of employment, her employment let downs and our belief in our Heavenly Father.Before we said goodbye ,she promised to pray for me ,and I don't know if she really knows just how much she picked me up ,and put me on my feet .As I had become depressed and felt defeated.Her kindness and caring words lifted me , and she said I could call anytime to talk to her if I needed someone to talk to.. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have had an account and gotten furniture from EZ for quite a few years now. Iāve never had any problems until my most recent purchase. I got a sectional and upon delivery the employees broke the middle section of the couch. A couple days later they came to pick it up to repair it. After two more days and no follow up I called the store to find out what the plan was and if they had an idea when the piece would be fixed. They told me then that it would be 2 to 3 weeks before it was fixed because it has to be sent out of town because they are not able to repair it locally. They offered a āloanerā but nothing else. The employee I was speaking with then said that if she could āwave a magic wandā she could do more but I just have to deal with it. I donāt want a loaner, if I could wave a magic wand myself my product that I have to pay for regardless would not have been broken. Until the conversation that I had to initiate because they didnāt have any follow up with me, nothing at all was offered while we waited in silence. I asked for a manager to call me back because that is pretty rude to speak to someone like that especially when the damage was caused by their employees at delivery.
