I was looking for a new tractor for my new property. I shopped at all of manufacturers around the Denver area, then after several of my neighbors referred me to Kubota and Front Range Kubota, last Saturday, I went into Front Range Kubota to look for a tractor. Jake greeted me, and was the nicest guy ever. He was also very knowledgeable. He showed me a few tractors, and I settled on one. Unfortunately, by the time we were done, it was too late to do the deal, so we decided to finish up on Monday. Over the weekend, I did my due diligence online and decided to add a factory cab to my tractor. I went in Monday, and bought the tractor, and it will be delivered on Thursday, and I can't wait. Front Range Kubota is the best.
Update. Front Range Kubota delivered my new Kubota B2650, with four implements; 60" fin-cut mower deck, forks, 72" poly snow blade, and of course the front end loader, today. It is amazing, and what do you know, it came a small snow storm last night, so I got to practice changing implements, in the dark, in a driving snow storm! Well, I did have the heater on, and was listening to Waylon Jennings...
So, this morning, as I type this and have a cup of coffee, I am preparing to go plow my 1/4 of a mile of concrete drives. Pretty awesome, versus walking behind a track-type snow blower...
Front Range Kubota's delivery person was very professional, and walked me through every detail of the tractor from front to back. He was a nice guy as well.
I'm already day-dreaming about my next tractor, a Grand cabin L. But for now, and for some time, I am going top enjoy my...
Read moreJake in sales was great to deal with, and more than honest. Originally I was looking at an L3901, but he talked me into an L2501 for my use, saving me thousands of dollars. They also beat everyone else’s prices, including JD. So far, the L2501 has been a fantastic choice, and it does everything I need it to do, and more......
As I approached my 50hr service, the tractor became sluggish when moving. I contacted FRK on a Mon, and they had my tractor picked up by Wed. Wed afternoon I got the call and they had found the problem. Seems I must of hit a rock and bent one of the brake arms, which was applying one brake. FRK originally said they’d have my tractor back by Thurs, which I really needed because I needed to get dirt moved and grass seed down before a week long rain forecast Fri night, which would put me dead in the water for several weeks. Problem was, the $9 part wouldn’t be there until Fri. FRK agreed to remove the brake rod (my 2501 is HST so I don’t use the brakes anyways) and get it back to me on Thurs. They also agreed that as soon as the part came in on Fri, they’d come to my house and install the rod, and not charge me the field service charge... All I can say is WOW. They went above and beyond. They have a customer for life, even though I will probably never need...
Read moreWe've done a LOT of research between John Deer and Kubota over the last several months. We had decided to go to Front Range Kubota due to the many positive Google reviews. We met with a very informative and pleasant salesman by the name of Jake, who had extensive knowledge! Never any pressure and in fact never any strong recommendations on which tractor to buy- we had to make the choice ourselves based on the information he gave. He encouraged us to drive a few around to make our decision. He was patient in our questions and showed us the details of each implement. Jake is not only a great guy, he was very POLITE and attentive to our needs. This is the standard of treatment we should ALL get everywhere. Every employee at Front Range Kubota greets you with a smile! Sam at the parts desk was very helpful in stocking us up on fluids and Chris delivered our tractor right on time! Chris by the way stayed here for 45 minutes demonstrating the tractor features and going over attach and detach of the implements and answered all questions. What a great experience we had with this family owned business! 5-star review for a...
