Store is super cute and owner was very nice. Their return policy is very unclear though with their saddles. It’s not noted on their invoices or anything it’s just word of mouth return policy. She said a few days or so in person so I can make sure it fits my horse and just be sure it’s in same condition as when you bought it, so I thought okay that’s awesome because my horses have tall withers and it’s hard to find saddles to fit them! Well I just had a baby and sometimes it’s hard to find time to do things and time kinda flys by, so it took me about 5 days until I was able to try the saddle on my horses and it unfortunately didn’t fit them and so I reached out and she said I was outside my return policy because it’s only 2 days. That would be a couple days vs a few days in my book and she told me if I would have reached out sooner she could offer flexibility but unsure what that means if that means you would have given me a couple more days? I love to support small businesses but sucks sometimes when they don’t want to help you out. So I have an expensive saddle I can’t use and I’ll have to sell on my own.
