Appointment was 09-Aug-23 at 11:00 a.m. but he let me drop the trailer Aug.-08-23 at 11:30am. I was able to park outside and they called me at 05:20. Aug.-09-23 that it was already empty, that I could go pick it up... good for that, only oooh, surprise!!!! They scratched my trailer!!!! I notified security, they told me that I wanted to make the report? but since it was not enough, and I already know all the time that is lost in those procedures... we better leave it for when the blow is more serious... just tell the drivers to be more careful and have a good day! If it hadn't been for that I would give them 10 stars!!!

I tried to check-in the day early. I was hoping I could drop my trailer and let them load It. Maybe day shift lets us do it. The night shift didn't let me drop the trailer. He told me I needed to leave and come back for a livelload 1 hour before my appointment. I hope it goes fast. I went back the next day and it took 2 hours to get loaded. We have to disconnect from our trailer while it's being loaded. There was 3 trucks ahead of me. The the trailer is not very heavy. Make sure you slide the tandems on your trailer. And make sure you wear a safety vest and the pickup number starts with 54

Easy drop&Hook as a swift driver. This company doesn't notify CSR about the loaded trailer of when it's ready for pickup which is the only con with this location. Pick-up appointment between 18:00-08:00. Showed up around 20:30 and no line of truckers to go in. Probably the best time to go for a pickup. Tandems to the rear at this location too before security even let's you past the gate at the entrance.

I've been here at least a 100xs or more. Always have my tandems slid, skirts on my trailer and always have known its 1 driver at a time in the security office. Well today as usual I pulled in behind another truck. I was inside my truck when their security guard came out and talked so disrespectful and down to me. He would not help the driver in front of me til I was completely out on the street. All he had to do was talk to me and not down to me. I can respect that so much more and would have no problem moving. Just so everyone knows it was the daytime man security guard who was so rude and disrespectful. The lady security guard was phenomenal and was so nice, the office staff and yard absolutely amazing. All of them with the exception of the male security guard with glasses, get 5+ stars. He is the only one who if I could would give negative stars. I cant punish the good with one rotten unhappy man.Thank you to all of you who were so kind. You definitely made my day so much better after...
