Mesa LaGree's — Local services in Four Corners States

I LOVE LAGREES. They are in the country out in Blend. They have the best organic food place. they have the best Meats Fresh.. and you know what they have every day of the week that you can get a $5 lunch on Thursday they have their meatloaf and mashed potatoes and gravy you get two sides of whatever you want this showcase and a bun and some butter for five bucks can't beat that deal. everything is fresh if you get there like early in the morning by around 10 they're constantly going through there vegetables and fruits that type of thing. and they have they're marked down still $1.00 and I load up on that because I can make vegetable soup. I got about five or six parsnips last time I think it was Saturday enough for a buck and if sell for around 4.79 a pound so that's a real good deal. I bought some radishes because they're good to put soup they're a little spicy but so what? they're good for you. I don't know you just have to go out there. their a fun place to shop. you can get there like myself it's like husband passed. On. children are are married and all that stuff. and I'm a grandma so I buy individual little packs. they got strawberries and watermelon and pineapple and they sell for around $3 for a nice size morning fruit. I like Daisy Cottage Cheese. With mine. OH!!! leGrees also has Raw Ginger Root... at $3.19 a Pound. I just like everything about LeGrees. I love their new look.and it's just perfect a lot of people go in there because there's Farmers & ranchers out the area and they have the crops and Pueblo Colorado is known for their Chili's . Peppers Mesa I call it but it's actually known as the Mesa and I have to go out there you will love that place the parking is great I know Elvira she used to work at the Florence Bank when I lived in Canyon City and she's cool she's just great you love her too it's just I just love lagrees and I made them if I could read it back and I'll dream by 10 they're just all of them super neat people today's date is Monday 18th of March 2019 there ads come out on Wednesday they have oh by the way they have the best ads they beat Pebbles supermarkets all the heck up out there and I'll get twice as much for the money and also if you give them your phone number you can get you get up to 500 points or is a 500 points or 300 points but sometimes I get like a free milk and so all you have to do is is give your Phone Number. I frequently shop here for food. They have done a huge remolding of not only the outside but inside as well. Huge changes were made to improve the variety of foods they sell. Employees are helpful and bend over backwards to help find just what you need to satisfy your appetite. The improvements are still a work in progress and I know I can't wait to see what new food items are added to be enjoyed. While prices are just a bit higher than the "chain" food stores, you save on the cost of fuel for your vehicle to make the trip into the city limits. Their parking lot is more than adequate as it's huge. The only fault I can comment on is that they could have more handicap parking. They have done away with their deli but made up for that by carrying more selections of quality prepackaged sliced deli meats and cheeses. This may be a strange thing to say about a grocery store, but Mesa LaGree's has a warm, familiar, feeling like your part of neighborhood not just an impersonal customer. Cashier Sharon N. Was not knowledgeable regarding programs for Medicare/Medicaid customers. She was rude when asked about programs. "I'm not understanding what you are saying..." I explained myself again and her response was a stare down, just glaring at me. I explained that it would be a good idea to ask management sometime for future reference. She turned away and started discussing bags and stuff with consumers walking out towards the door. I walked around to bag my items and she said is that all sarcastically... I have always shopped here because it is a great store. I have never been treated like I was a child. This attitude is unacceptable for the business and customers. Considering her age I expected a different approach and more pleasant experience. The store itself is great and have never had any problems with any other employees. I honestly would expect this from the younger employees but not from this employee. My rating is soley based on my experience with this rude elderly woman...
