Met Jamae, the owner of Mother Clucker’s Wings, and had the pleasure of trying their wings for the first time. They were absolutely fantastic-- flavorful and cooked to perfection. Jamae and her employee, Mikey, clearly love what they do, and it shows in both the quality of their food and the warm, attentive service they provide.

What impressed me even more was Jamae’s dedication to accommodating my Celiac needs. She took extra care in preparing my food to prevent cross-contamination and even mentioned that several other menu items can be made gluten-free. This is one of the best food trucks I’ve tried in Colorado! The chicken is so juicy, and the homemade breading on the tenders is super crispy and delicious. The chicken wings are grilled to perfection and I recommend getting the sweet chili Thai sauce & buffalo (pictured below). Finally the pastrami sandwich is loaded with tender meat served with a pretzel bun.

My wife and I had their wings at the Elizabeth Friday Night Market and holy cow were these incredible!

I’m very snobby when it comes to wings, but these were so fresh, had great texture, and not a single bad sauce.

My wife had the tenders and these guys are not stingy about the portions! The tenders were gigantic, could have easily spilt the meal in half and still been full.

Excited to go back and try some of their specials, 10/10...
