This is a great stop for anyone traveling to the Grand Canyon, passing through from Utah or coming off Navajo Nation for local commuters. Accommodating gas pumps, clean restrooms, large selection of sodas and snacks, coffee, fountain beverages, collectibles, jewelry, apparel, authentic and NON authentic Native American merchandise. They have Macallisters and Burger King for food options. All together, it’s a cool stop!

So shocked to find this fantastic place out in the middle of nowhere. We stopped to eat at our favorite fast food place, burger king, and found it to be a great place to eat. Clean, comfortable, nice views, the food was one of the best from BK. The service was fast and friendly. We will be definitely returning when we have more time to hang out and look around.

If you’re driving between Grand Canyon and Mesa Verde and worried about starving to death, this cute little place will be your saving grace. Inside you’ll find tons of snacks, a historical display/timeline, Native-made jewelry, and a McAlister’s deli. Of course lots of little tchotchkes, too!

Wonderful oasis in the desert! The Gallery sells authentic (and truly gorgeous), handmade Native American jewelry and handicrafts. There's a self-guided walking tour that shares the history of the Navajo people with visitors — and other free exhibits about turquoise jewelry and the Navajo cowboy! The convenience store is chock-full of snacks and beverages, but also offers high-end clothing, bags and purses, plus unique gifts and souvenirs. There's a sit-down, casual-style restaurant (McAlister's Deli) and a Burger King in the same complex. And, with gas pumps outside and nice, new restrooms, it's one-stop shopping for travelers. I personally know the owners and they are fascinating and delightful. He is the son of a WWII Navajo Code Talker, and she comes from generations of Trading Posts operators. This is a must-see outpost...

I LITERALLY GOT PROFILED! Man all I bought was a god damn soda. I go out to check out with TWO cashiers in the front. A female and a male, I get checked out by the female.

Freaking mind you I'm a driver and I'm wearing a high vezz shirt. It's not like you can mistake me you can see me a mile away.

So I get going on my way and once I turn the corner tell me why the male worker FOLLOWS me towards the trucks and stops me to say I didn't pay. Man I was like what the hell are you talking about?? I just paid right in FRONT OF YOU!!

Dude seemed spaced out or doing something on the side. Because how are you so strung up on a soda! I feel bad for some of these stores but I'd definitely never spend any money here or stop here again. I hope this place closes...

During the covid pandemic they had 4 of the 6 women's bathroom stalls closed. This includes the handicapped stall. There was also a sign and spray available to wipe the toilet seat, handle, and counter after use. This is not an effective way to stop covid unless you plan on licking toilet seats after an infected person has coughed on them. Masks are required and there is a maximum of 5 customers in the store at a time. This occupancy was not enforced and seemed a bit unnecessary for the large amount of square footage the...
