Olivia and Denny Kimmeth, have been an integral part of our lives in Steamboat Springs, CO for many years. What started as a great friendship culminated into a wonderful working relationship as her and Denny navigated us through three large projects over the past ten years! Starting with a hunting cabin, she totally designed the look and feel to match the vision we had for so many years. She not only picked every stick of furniture, every light fixture, and every rug, she also rode here over the builder, acting as our eyes and ears while out of town! This relationship continued to grow into some pretty amazing structures, a two story barn with automobile museum, guest apartment, state of the art gym and future charity function center, her eye for the clients wants and needs are truly second to none! Her mission to help us build our forever home was a four year journey where she metaphorically and literally held our hands as she brought this 16,000 square foot beauty to life truly worthy of any magazine cover in the world! We even went to the market in High Point NC with O (my pet nickname for her) and Denny. We laughed, we shopped, we drank, and we made so many decisions that two years later are the most beautiful combinations of vibrant, modern, edgy fun rooms you could only imagine in your wildest dreams! O and Denny, simply put are “the best of the best” and with her and the team, the best never rest!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Olivia was incredibly rude and dismissive to both me and my husband while we were simply browsing for some home decor and furniture. Her attitude was unprofessional and completely soured what should’ve been an enjoyable shopping experience.
