Kary at SBB was so great to work with! We had so many flavors to try at our tasting and they were all so good. We landed on the lavender and white wedding cake flavors and the white chocolate frosting (which was the go to for both) and our cake was a huge hit! After one bite while cutting the cake we got distracted mingling with our guests, only to find out later there was not a piece left. Everyone loved the cake so much! We called up Kary before leaving town explaining we didn't get a piece of our own wedding cake because it was just that good and she was so nice to make us half a dozen cupcakes in our lavender / white chocolate wedding cake flavor. We had such an amazing experience with Kary for our wedding cake! She graciously squeezed our small cake into her busy schedule and we put blind trust into her talents since we didn’t have time for a tasting and were coming from out of town. The cake she created for us was far more beautiful than we could have imagined and perfectly captured the spirit of the inspiration we sent. We loved the whole experience! The tasting was great; the kitchen where it takes place is a little hard to find, but it's just a strange area. We sampled 12 delicious cupcakes and I really enjoyed Tasha's more laid back, hands off approach; it felt less pressured. We actually ended up ordering our cake somewhat last minute, but they accommodated us readily. The cake was beautiful, the flavors were awesome, and my guests loved it! I also ordered mini cupcakes for the reception and they were completely devoured by the end of it. Can't wait to work with this...
