Park Point — Local services in Four Corners States

One of the best viewpoints of the Mesa Verde NP. It is located on the Mesa top ruins You can either do while going to the cliff place or Mesa top loop roads or while exiting the national park. It is the highest point in the park and gives panoramic views of the Mancos valley and the San Juan mountains. Beautiful views of the park. Super windy! A fun experience to include on your visit to Mesa Verde. Consider bringing a packed lunch so you can sit and nourish your belly while the incredible distances nourish your imagination. There are a couple picnic tables along one side of the walking path. You might want a paper weight for your napkins, though.

This is hands down the best place to do a full geographic scan of the surrounding areas to the North, South, East, and West! There's a small but steep uphill walk from the parking lot to the actual viewpoint, but once you're there you'll be served views from every single direction!
