I honestly donât understand where all these negative reviews come from. Iâve been going to Quest since they opened however many years ago and theyâve always been very professional with me. A couple of reasons I donât mind going there is that they are organized, have an online portal to schedule appointments, make a payment and view your results. Plus, they arenât Gerald Champion. I avoid the GCRMC lab as much as I can. I rarely get charged more than $25 for my regularly scheduled routine tests. Whereas, GCRMC charges me about $115 even with my insurance!
To address a couple of the reviews, it is standard for them to need your debit or credit card. It doesnât matter if you have insurance or Medicare or no copay. Your credit card is their insurance that they will be paid if your insurance denies the claim. Common sense.
To the one complaining about people getting there after them and being taken in. If you had the forethought to make an appointment, wouldnât you be upset if they took someone in front of you that didnât make an appointment? And if you did make an appointment and was late, thatâs on you. They have a schedule to keep.

I wonder if most customers who visit these troglodytes feel that insults are brewing. I'm not even sure Charm school could help them! If the staff is so unhappy there they should please find another line of work! I regret ever sending people there without knowing the facts. I would love to see a company like this one that has absolutely no moorings OUT OF BUSINESS!    Read moreI just had my third visit to this site. The techs are OUT OF CONTROL, and continue their unprofessional and cruel behavior. I had spoken with the NM supervisor over the Quest labs and she told them to use a butterfly if I request it. When I went in and asked for the butterfly, the tech refused, going against the supervisor. I really pushed and insisted and she threatened me, bullied me, shamed me and argued with me. She eventually agreed after wasting a lot time arguing about it. She also complained because I had so many tubes to draw! What kind of people do they have working here and WHY are they allowed to treat patients like thisl? Please do something about them. This is not right. I put in another call to the supervisor and have not heard back yet. Maybe I need to go above her and speak with her supervisor, or maybe I need to get an attorney.
