They put in extra effort to get the lights up before the holidays and snow really kicked in. They worked with me to make sure I liked what I got and that it was up to my expectations. They were kind and courteous the whole time. 1/2 our neighborhood is using them now, and the whole place looks like a wonderland! I've received several "Thank you" messages from neighbors for keeping my lights on after the holidays since they are so beautiful and well done they lift people's spirits.
