This is the first of several different sandstone arches that can be seen along the Devil’s Garden Trail. From the parking lot, follow the Devil’s Garden Trail until you reach the split in the trail. Follow the sign to Tunnel Arch along the Pine Tree Arch Trail until you reach the bottom of the hill. Take the short trail to the south to reach the viewpoint. This awesome sandstone O-shaped arch that tunnels through a thick fin of rock, is spectacular.

This first arch you come to when doing the devils garden trail. If you are hiking to double o arch, then you can play the game of seeing the arch on the right first and then move to the next one. Looking at this archnor arches, they almost look man made. They have an almost bored out by machine look to them. You can't get supper close to the arches, so make sure to go all the way down to the overlook point.

Lovely arch definitely worth stopping at. This one is super close to the main trailhead you’ll just walk a bit in and turn right down the hill. You’ll see this arch and past this one there’s one more arch to see and then it’s a dead end and you’ll go back the way you came to continue on the trail! Worth the quick stop for the nice two arches that are down this way!

If you’re on your way to Pine Tree Arch then I recommend the 30 second stop to check out Tunnel Arch- but if Pine Tree isn’t one of your planned stops then stay on the trail to Landscape!

Tunnel Arch is part of the same easy walk that Pine Tree is on, but as far as arches go it’s one of the less prominent ones in the park. While every arch is impressive in its own way- Tunnel Arch is one of the largest “holes in the wall” but can only be viewed from the vantage point off the path and offers no other interaction aside from that.

If you’re looking for an easy arch to throw in the back of a selfie, then definitely visit tunnel arch! It’s distance from the path and high vantage point can make it easy to place in portrait...
