Ute Lanes — Local services in Four Corners States

I was just in here with my family and wanted to go bowling and get some dinner. The lady at the bowling counter was extremely rude. She yelled at my kids for no reason as they sat down at the bowling lanes and waited for me to pay for the lanes and get shoes. The employee would not answer my questions clearly and I had to redirect twice to answer simple questions. I let the manager know what was going on and informed her we would not be staying, nor would we be coming back. I was there last week all was very good, but last night was not so good. Stood and waited to be seated 10 minutes and I sat down myself. Made order and it was almost an hour before it came out. The worst of it the meal was cold and I have no plans of returning. Got home and got sick, so that meal was a total waste 31 dollars...

Excellent customer service at the grill and the lanes. Tessie on the grill side had wonderful costumer service as well as Jonah on the bowling side.
