I seem to have lost my old, reliable appliance repair folks, and decided to check out Vision because they are close to my new place. I reached out late on a Friday afternoon, and got a text response nearly immediately. We coordinated over the weekend and I was right as rain Monday morning.

When I told them my washer probably just needed some tightening at the supply they made sure I understood the (very reasonable) service charge would apply if no repairs were needed, but that charge would go to the repairs if there was an issue. That's a fair policy my last folks had too, and I appreciated the notice. Overall, they did exactly what they said they would and even offered to come out again at no charge if I still had any problems.

Ok I made a few phone calls around my home. My prior go to company no longer was servicing my area. Mary called me back very friendly, personable and cordial. Set my appointment. Jim her husband came to inspect our combo frige/freezer on and off fan noise. Of course he came and there was no noise. He called me to say NO Charge for the visit. If it starts up call me back then I would have to charge. Needless to say how many repair services do that? Well the next day the noise came back. He diagnosed and ordered the part. quoted the price including labor. I can tell you that it was never easier and more reasonable. It was really a breadth of fresh air treatment. Such a wonderful family business! They have fixed everything I keep accidentally breaking. They are fast and friendly and even take time to play with my doggos. Great value, great service. Everyone there is so kind. They remember my name when I call and keep great records. I had a washing machine part we tried to help limp long and today it finally died. I called this morning, Mary looked up the notes, saw the note about the part that was limping along, so they knew exactly what to do. James showed up at my house a few hours later, part in hand, and took care of it. They even applied the previous service fee to this visit, even though I was asking them to help the last part limp along. That was so kind and it was even my fault down the wait.
