Florida Camp Inn RV Park — Local services in Four Corners

I live here ,, and the place was bought out ,,new company owns it now ,, ground rent went up ,,,I hope alot of changes will happen,, only time will tell , and I read somewhere that someone didn't approve of Jo the manger,,she is quite nice , she does her job ,, and because she is manger she is not really her job to make friends,, she is pleasant when I speak to her, and she also has a mean side but doesn't everybody, have a great day ,,, so you know Florida camp inn, is paving in the roads in the park,, If you're looking for a trailer to own they do have a few homes for sale for sale in there yesterday I think I saw about six of them You just have to drive around but you have to go to the office and fill out a background check because they need to do a background check this to see if they can approve you to live in the park they're trying to upgrade a whole bunch of stuff so but they still do have bingo on Wednesdays nights You can get a meal with for you play bingo I don't know what else they have I only usually go to bingo but come check us out if you need a place to live I can't really tell you the ground rent because it's different some people have leases and who live there all year long and some people just stay there like 6 months out of the year so I don't know what the rent is for that that part you'd have to speak to Joe or Wendy at the office but I do know if you want to borrow DVDs they have DVDs that you can borrow and videotapes because I've been donating some to my to the clubhouse...

The management Mary (General Manager)is loud and disrespectful when around. Christine (manager)is just her puppet and to dumb to see it. They both are running this place into the ground.

There are parents that don't follow the rules and monitor their children, and Christine is to much of a kiss ass to her tenants of the same race and does not do anything about them. Christine participates in gossip with tenants and decides based off of that gossip to favor certain people and to dislike others.

They have let a good chunk of the kids and young adults in the park are disrespectful to all seniors and are loud and rude. Not all of them are but the ones that get a long with Christine are the worst of the worst.

I guess Mary is having Christine move in the park at the beginning of January. Kind of funny when she shows up late and hides in her office if she does not want to speak to a tenant.What good is that gonna do? They recently have had more turn over, good employees who quite(what does that tell you) not been let go.

This year the park is no where near as full as it has been in previous years. If you need a place to stay come on in, there are many great people here, maybe we could push out the management and make this a great place again. Maybe you could get Mary's job and we will all support you in cleaning up this park and removing the problem tenants and pull together to support the amazing tenants that have been here for a short time or up to many years and make this a great...

PLEASE READ THIS AS IS VERY SERIOUS AND IMPORTANT.Reading through all this negative comments regarding this place,it caught my attention especially one comment that reads that the manager favors a resident/pet that has a criminal record in Puerto Rico.Therefore now is not to my surprise that an old man that claims and even had the b@lls to tell me that he likes and is attracted to young girls that he is allowed to live in this Camp which is full of children.Please beware and don't let your children around this old man's trashy trailer he lives in lot 14 (I can't say the entire address but have your children avoid a lot 14).But this reckleness doesn't stop just on that concerning issue,also this man is wanted for questioning in connections with a kissimmee bank robbery (Is what his own family claims)is even been recorded the family member saying that this old man is wanted.And not only wanted for questionings regarding the bank robbery but also he stold 150,000 dollars from a big time drug dealer that by having him live at this Camp is putting everyone else in his sorrounding in danger.Yet the manager is all goodie tissues with this old man because he is the number one gossiper and a snitch who attacks the most innocent children.Yet the manager is not only ignorant to this serious matter about the old man but has neglected the safety of other residents by having this old man reside at this place...
