We have a VIP Membership at Race & Dream Jet Ski Rental which allows us to ride the waves for 4 hrs a month. 1 hour a week is the perfect amount of time to jet ski with family. We always had 3 people in our party~two adults & a 13 yr. old & the jet skis were spacious enough for all of us to comfortably ride together.

The jet skis are new, well-maintained, reliable, & fast. Life jackets are provided & the jet skis are equipped with safety features to ensure a safe experience for everyone.

The lake is beautiful & large enough for you to ride freely. The best time to make reservations are during the earlier morning hours so you have the lake to yourself & Port 27 isn’t too busy. Reservations are convenient & easy to make online via their website.

The location is convenient, because it is family friendly! While some of the family members jet ski the younger kids can play on the outside play area. Other people in your party can grab a bite to eat while waiting for their turn to ride the jet ski if splitting the hour between family.

Port 27 has a little something for everyone!! Jet skiing, live music, a candle making class, a pottery class, a brewery with live music, a cafe, & several restaurants. You can even do yoga on the deck,as the sunrises & then go jet skiing!

The owner of Race & Dream is very personable, friendly, & helpful! He always greeted us with a warm welcome & a big smile. If you’re lucky or ask they will even record you & your family on the jet ski & send you the video making the outing even...

I booked this as a gift for my husband's birthday, the guy we met was great and my husband and son had a great time. However, the booking experience and customer service side of things were terrible. I booked and paid for this months ago. Had a confirmation email of 10am as booked. We arrived and no-one was there. I called the number on the website, the guy who answered said 'I'm charged as this is an international number (UK), look on our website for reservations and hung up' twice this happened and I tried to explain we were there waiting!. He then text me to say the reservation had been moved to 11am. We had no email to say this and no wifi to check. Then says to call again, I did and he was so rude, wouldn't let me speak, told me it was common to change reservations. Not once did he apologise for the inconvenience or misunderstanding. At this point I just wanted my money back as felt it was not legitimate. The guy we met at the jetskis did apologise and was very polite. However, this put me off booking again. I don't like spending $117 to be shouted at down the phone. All he had to say was sorry we had to reschedule and for the inconvenience. Now we have wifi, I did get an email, to my spam at 7pm last night, the day before our appointment. Not ideal when we have other plans booked around it. I would not recommend...

I do not understand how they have all 5 star reviews unless they are just disputing everything that's not 5 stars. We drove to the location listed on Google and there was no one at the ramp to the lake. We then got online and made a reservation for the first time available expecting that someone close by would be bringing the jet skis. Instead we sat around for 30 minutes and got a message saying our reservation was for a different place 45 minutes away. I then received a call from Rodney who was pissed off that we made a last minute reservation and that it was stupid to do that. After a not so polite conversation with Rodney we decided to take our business elsewhere.
