If I can give them a 10/10 I would . I came with a party of about 6 with a bunch of babies toddlers and kids . I order a pizza pie and it wasn’t enough the kids wanted more I went to the head chef Ruben and asked him if he can put the order in quick because there was a line and I didn’t get to pay . He accommodated me by putting the order in while I waited in line to pay for my food . . Kelsee ( the bartender) was dealing with a whole bunch of guest kept her poker face on and continued to give excellent customer service while not showing an ounce of being overwhelmed.. while waiting in line to play my phone died which stressed me .. in which Alexa seen the worry look in my face and asked me if I’m okay and hat can she do to help . She then went Into her personal bag grabbed a charger and helped me charge my phone up so I can pay for my order . Overall my experience was a 1000/10 my babies were able to eat enjoy themselves which help me be a at ease . Will def...

The Retreat Club is a total gem! The slides were an absolute blast — super fun and definitely a highlight of the experience. The food was top-notch, and the drinks really took things to the next level. I especially loved the cool little logo cups they gave out — such a nice touch for the kids and a fun keepsake too.
