Finding a different gym was the best thing. Late 2016 I did a 5 day trial at Evolve. From the moment I walked in I had a negative feeling about the staff and the rules (it was all about what you couldn't do, like spin bikes are only for spin class, and not about what I was looking for in a gym). After the trial at Evolve I got a trial at 3 other gyms nearby in order to NOT give Evolve my business. But out of convenience and against how I felt I joined. One event after another I regretted it. Other than the negative personal experiences I had with the staff, events that would affect future members are the following: at one point half the equipment disappeared and I was told it was space for new equipment. After a year I asked about the "new equipment" and was told it was on backorder. Very shortly after I found out the gym was moving and downsizing (therefore for over a year was lied to about getting new equipment). In the 2.5yrs that I belonged the monthly fee increased 3 times (the last time we were told the fees would not increase after the downsized move yet months later the fees went up). The locker rooms are tiny and impossible for more than 3 people to change at a time. The equipment is so close together you are practically touching the person next to you. It looks like the gym spent more money on light fixtures and tile than on anything a member would...

Don't usually do reviews but Club Elevate exceeded my expectations of the amount of different variety of equipment that can be used and high quality also. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming! The gym has a really nice vibe with really welcoming people, just training doing there thing!

I was pretty amazed of the variety of equipment from upstairs a whole floor of cardio equipment that looks out over the downstairs floor of vast variety of weights, separated areas for exercise such as cross-fit and a boxing set up also. The equipment is clean and there are cleaning station everywhere! After a late night Personal Training session I actually saw the cleaners who come in to clean down everything which I thought was a good eye opener to the quality they put in to maintaining the cleanliness of the gym.

I see a personal trainer there also; Summer! She's the best honestly works tirelessly with me with no judgement. I've had many trainers during the past 12 years and in a variety of different forms and by far she has been the best. Has also taught me a lot about self acceptance and listening and working...

The parking lot is full of pot holes and frequently full during busy hours when people get out of work. The staff there is friendly. The equipment is largely out of date. The A/C didn't work or didn't get turned on. Also, DO NOT TRUST the employees when you sign up. I was told when I agreed to a 6 month membership, which was paid in full that I would have the OPTION to rejoin at that time. I obviously did not want to, so at the end of my 6 months I stopped going. I recently received a letter in the mail while I was on vacation that I owed some finance company (ABC) $200. I informed the woman that I had not rejoined. She insists I owe the money anyway, and that I needed to send them written notification and I would have to pay for the last two months because I had not done so....
