I pay expensive membership to be waived of the delivery fee, but every month my “autogenerated” invoice bills me $9.99 for delivery and charges my card automatically. I have to contact them and spend at least 30 minutes every month to get a refund. They always say this won’t happen again, and it always happens again next month. Read moreFaulty dispensers, terrible customer service. My lumina dispenser died 8 months later and ready refresh replaced it with another that had faulty wiring. Upon first use, the dispenser made a loud pop sound followed by a burning plastic smell. I emailed customer support but have not heard back, it’s been a week. My wife is pregnant and needs to be constantly hydrated so not happy with the reliability and support of this company.
