Please be prepared in case it takes longer than 8 hrs that everyone said it would. It took me and my wife 12.5 hours. I say we are average city life fitness level. Do not attempt this hike lightly. You will be climbing/descending uneven rocks 75% of the hike, not much flat ground to keep moving to regain strength. It's worth it if you can do it safely. Keep track of your gps a few hours in and see how far you've progressed to see if u can finish it before sunset. At 8:05 pm there was a lot of light at 8:30 pm (8/15/20) its completely dark and difficult to descend uneven rocks in the dark on all fours. I think a lot of people say great times to say how fit they are, i want everyone to really understand this shouldn't be attempted...

The best part was wetting our feet in the falling waters rivulet, did wonders to our...

It took us a total of 6 and half hrs maybe 7 including getting ready at car, all breaks, hike, lunch at the first summit. We are intermediate hikers....
