Rose Hill Plaza — Local services in Franconia

I love coming here! The convenience of Tuesday Morning, Dollar Tree, Safeway, Rite Aid and McDonald, Subway Sandwich shop and Gabe's.

Tuesday Mornings don't sell clothing anymore. I used to buy my diabetic socks here, as well as books, jewelery, cosmetics, and electronics, shoes and boots. They also have a restroom for their customers use. The close earlier than the other stored.

Safeway I can get my weekly sales items from here. They have a restrooms as well. They close around 10:00 pm.

Rite Aid is another place I go to catch sale items. I normally get my Peanut Chews candy bars from here, especially when they are on sale. I also find discontinued items at bargain prices and discontinued seasonal items here. I don't know if they have a public restroom.

Dollar Tree is another place I go to looking for craft items. One time I found 4 lbs bag of Morton's Epson Salt here. What a bargain!!! Sure wish they would get some more.

Subway Sandwich Shop, An Italian restaurant, laundromat, Barbershop, A liquor store, doggy groomer, and a shoe repair shop. There is a 7-11 and a Little Cesar's pizza shop around the corner.

The customer service is always nice in this community. That's why I come here from DC.

We have shopped at the Rose Hill Plaza since 1979 and have seen quite a few changes. This is a well maintained center. It is small in size, but it has many useful stores. The Safeway is the anchor store and although it does not have a bakery, it has a good pharmacy. There a hair salon, and a barber shop,There is pet care business and several restaurants. We like Namaste and Pho Kim but we go to the Subway,, and the McDonald's. There is also a Vocelli's Pizza redevelopment. Gabe's is a good place to buy many kinds of items . There is a 7 Eleven for late night shopping. There is also a T mobile store. There is a laundromat. In addition there is a Trak auto parts store. A Truist Bank, and a US post office is located at the Rose Hill Plaza. .Don't forget the Dollar store. There is a dental and a doctor's offices as well. There is a VA ABC StoreAfter the new Virginia law regulating the use of previously illegal controlled substances a store opened here in 2023, and seems to be operating legally. New to the Rose Hill Shopping Centrr center in 2024- 2025 and replacing Mama Mias is a Salvadoran restaurant with nice low prices.

Rose Hill Shopping Center, what should I say about it? This Center has the friendliest people that I've ever seen, no matter what business you choose to patronize they have pleasant staff. In the center there is everything from groceries (Safeway) to clothing, from fast food to really cozy sit down eateries. There is a Virginia ABC store there's a great dollar store (Dollar General) a 7/11 convenient store, a drug store and every kids favorite McDonald's. There is a U.S. post office adjacent to the center what more could one ask for. I really feel reluctant to share this knowledge, because the only time that I've ever experienced large crowds of people, is during the Christmas holidays, I like to keep this gem to myself, but in these times there is an atmosphere of super selfishness so I begrudgingly invite one and all to visit, and you'll see why people who know of Rose Hill keep Rose Hill...
