Terrible ordering experience. I called to place an order after their website failed to recognize a coupon they sent me (the coupon specifically said it was for the location I was ordering from). The person I spoke to put her manager on the phone when I asked about the coupon, and he proceeded to say over and over that I had to use the coupon on line, interrupting me each time I tried to explain that I had already tried. He would essentially shout “go online!” every time I started to speak, before abruptly hanging up on me. I called back about a minute later and asked to speak to him again. When I asked why he assumed I didn’t want to finish my order, he told me “I said you had to go online and you said you would go online!” Which definitely didn’t happen. He then asked if I wanted to finish my order at full price. I told him that, at this point, I wanted to know how he planned on retaining me as a customer, to which he replied “anything.” I simply asked for him to honor the coupon, and he again refused, saying it was only for online use. When I asked him if he was, in fact, the manager he told me he was actually the owner. In disbelief, I asked if, as the owner, he was unable to approve an advertised discount. Read moreI have a complaint about the kingstowne/rosehill location. I did not know that different location have different pizzas on the menu. I had an arlington location menu and had just moved to Alexandria. So I ordered the steakhouse ranch pizza I liked from the arlington location. Instead of telling me they do not carry it they just picked a random steak pizza from the menu and delivered me that. When I called to complain the manager, Nasir Kanersi, offered me a credits to order and a free pizza but I just wanted a refund for the mistake he made and did not want to order from there ever again. he said he could refund me if we returned the pizza that my family had been waiting for and who were hungry enough not to wait for another pizza to eat. The order take she should have known what pizzas they carry. They should shave know the menu. Also I should be able to receive a refund. My family should not have to wait another hour to eat something just because the pizza place messed up on there end. I will never order from here again and I will make sure my friends and family do not as well. I will also post this review as many public sites as I can to try and save other people...

Tonight I ordered a salad that was really terrible. It was the "chicken caesar" which was $8.99. We ordered for delivery and this was the first time I had ordered it in addition to ordering the pizza. The menu described the chicken caesar as "mixed greens with grilled chicken and tossed with pecorino romano cheese and caesar salad dressing". What I got was not mixed greens, it was iceberg lettuce, which I've never even seen served in a caesar salad, much less any "mixed" greens. Nor was the chicken "grilled." It looked like it had been defrosted and dumped on the salad. There was a light dusting of some kind of powdered white stuff on the top that may have actually been cheese, but there wasn't enough to tell and get this, a package of Ken's Caesar dressing in a package on top! Guess I know better than to order an Italian salad from an Italian pizzeria. What was I thinking? Could have gone to Wendy's for that! Would have been a heck of a lot cheaper for the same...
