June 2, 2025 Alex provided my yearly maintenance on my HVAC for the summer. Very personable and friendly young man. After he completed the inspection he explained what he did, set my thermostat for A/C due to warmer temperatures this week. Also checked my filter which was clean. Alex is an asset to your family. May 20, 2025 Dean arrived to install an outside facet. Dean explains everything he’s going to do in a simple and educational way. After the install I ask him to show me how to winterize the facet. He was very patient while I wrote every detail down for my file. Dean deserves a 10 star and an asset to your outstanding company for customer satisfaction. Thanks Dean!

May 14, 2025 Dean provided my annual plumbing evaluation. I inquired about installing an outside facet. He explained in explicit detail the feasibility. I also requested an option regarding the replacement of the water heater which he quoted two different prices depending on gallons. Each option is highlighted in a different color for easy access. Dean is an expert in my opinion!

February 26, 2025 Craig arrived to check an issue that I was experiencing with my HVAC. He was very polite, personable and knowledgeable. He listened as I explained my issue and answered all my questions. He explained in layman terms as to how the system works during very cold temperatures. Thank you for employing a caring friendly staff. A 10 for sure.

February 21, 2025 I Cassidie (not sure of spelling) regarding an issue with my HVAC. We developed a plan for her to contact me on Monday the 24th . She followed through and an appointment for Craig to come out on Wednesday. She is a real asset to the company with her friendly demeanor. Thanks and I give her a 10.

Ryan was here to check a water leak under my mobile home. He determined the problem, explained in detail what he had to do. After completing job he again explained what he did. Gave me some tips for the future in the hopes of not having the same issues. Very knowledgeable and personable.

Andreas was amazing from the very first person I spoke with on the phone to the installers that were here. We just moved into our home, the heat wasn’t working and it was freezing out. We googled HVAC companies and found Andrea’s at the top of the list so we called them. Michael was the technician they sent out. Michael was very knowledgeable of my hvac systems and broke down everything he was looking at and everything he touched. He was very clear about what he was doing and helped me understand the hvac system. As a new home owner this was very helpful and I have an understanding of my furnace and how it works now. Michael was very professional, friendly. It’s clear he’s been in the business and knows what he’s doing. He let me know my options and we went with replacing the furnace. They made an appointment with me that same day to have someone come and give me options on furnaces. Skip was out sales person. Skip was very courteous and very understanding of our situation. He showed us the different furnaces and how they worded and the differences between them. We were pleased to make our decision and could wait for it to be installed. Andreas has a great program where they will give you a discount if scheduling the next available appointment with them. This was perfect for us cause we had no heat and were looking to have this done asap. On install day the installers let me know they were on there way before arriving. The installers was very neat and organized. The two gentleman were very professional. I wish I could remember there names. There were a few people I spoke with as well that were so helpful. I’m so sorry I don’t remember there names but they all deserve their recognition. There was Kya and another women I spoke with, Michael, Skip and the two installers. All these people were amazing from start to finish. Not to mention that they all seemed very proud to work for Andreas. All had great things to say about the company and made me feel like I need to work for Andreas too lol. Andreas seems to take care of their employees and it shows. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you so much everyone!! You all gave us an awesome experience with the company and really made an impression on us....

Historically I've always had trouble with my heating systems and either did the minimum maintenance or repair on them that I could or went and used space heaters. When I moved into my current house they had a heat pump which was relatively new and I assumed would be rather reliable. However, this year the heat failed to warm the house. Using space heaters we were able to survive however it wasn't the most efficient method. I called and they were able to have a technician out in about 2 weeks. Well it seems like a lot in this weather it really was a quick turnaround. When Bill arrived he was very professional and friendly and assured me that he would take the problem and handle it in the best manner possible. After a brief amount of time he had the problem diagnosed and had outlined the costs for the service. He was sympathetic to the costs involved and clearly explained why they were as such. The parts were not immediately available but were able to be ordered. The next day Bill went and picked up the parts rather than waiting for them to be shipped arrived at my house and repaired my heat pump. I now have a house that is warm and my heat pump is working properly. The value for calling Andreas plumbing was was well worth the cost involved and I will be utilizing their services in the future for my heating and plumbing needs. In addition recommending them to my friends and neighbors. Thank you again Bill for keeping my house warm and doing it with a smile.

Update Jan 2024 Woke up to a lukewarm shower and gave a call to Andreas, they had someone out to discover what was wrong, identified a crack in the heater, gave an estimate and got me back in hot water by dinnertime.

100% amazing service! Both Logan and Tanner were professional, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. They make sure they cleaned up and that I had HOT water by the time they left my home.
