Dollar General — Local services in Franklin

Well reason I give this store a 1 is because the way they treat there employees an there customers.. 1 certain employee goes way behind his call of duty on the job an the service of his country.. I walk into the store today only to found out he was fired.. Which in my honest to god opponent is that this man was always busy an was always giving his 101% to his job his country an family ..its written in black an White when your hired that you get 3 write up an then fired well it didn't happen this way ..im not the only customer very upset about this..please fix this matter or lose customer an...

UPDATE: March 2018; After my review, I received a call from the Dollar General store Supervisor over the holidays and they made things right!! They really do care about their customers!!

Old post: I was overcharged a total of $10.49 for two transactions! Plus, the first receipt only gave me $4.56 savings on what was supposed to be "Spend $25, get $5" and the second receipt only gave me $4.80. I know this totals only 64 cents for me today, but how many other times have I been ripped off and how many other customers are being...

It would be nice if they would enforce their own mask mandate. The majority of customer shopping at this location do not wear masks and not once have they said anything to people not wearing a mask. One person walked in and loudly announced there was nothing wrong with him and that he flat-out refuses to wear one and the clerk said that was fine. Yesterday, both of the clerks working had their masks down under their noses. You're not protecting anybody at that point and cases are increasing...
