I received a very large order as a Christmas gift and some items didnāt fit. I initiated a return and ended up forgetting to drop it at the post office because life gets busy sometimes. I was notified when they received my items that it was 4 days outside their return policy and they rejected my return. I understand itās policy however, I thought I would ask them to check my account as I have been ordering from them for 9 years. I quickly received a brush off email passing me onto someone else. And the next person didnāt bother to research my account. 9 years with ZERO returns except for 1 store credit request for something that someone else ordered in the wrong size and they give you the brush off.
