I purchased something from their store in N. Smithfield ri.. this was quickly within minutes as I knew exactly what I wanted. I opted for pickup from the Franklin ma warehouse. Upon arrival there were Zero customers there so we proceed to go in where we were not addressed for help. After two warehouse workers walk right by someone finally asks to help where we show our order slip. We proceed to exit to the loading dock. We wait 30min then go in and ask for an update where we are told I only have 3 workers they'll go pick it now (still no other customers) where now one comes up goes inside pulls to the dock.
