Dale Zink Meat Market has the most incredibly trimmed and prepared beef and pork cuts. They have chicken both whole or cut pices all done 💯 percent by Dale and his son Pete. They have freshly cut luncheon meat and in house made side items. Their Ham Salad is the very best. I have been a Zinks customer for 47 years. Great place with untreated, Amish chicken delivered freshly slaughtered 2 or 3 times a week. Been getting chicken there regularly, as it's one of the only foods I can tolerate due to an H. Pylori leading me down a path of allergies/intolerances to nearly everything. It's quite easy to taste and feel the difference between this and store-bought meat ~ no crazy preservative sprays or bacterial tastes. Zink's will allow for placing advance orders on the phone and will freeze the meat if you request it. My boyfriend frequently buys many other cuts of meat and sausage from them and is happy to have another option for purchasing lamb. For quite a few years I got most of my meats at Landes Meats in Clayton. After they closed I was devastated, but not for long. We saw an advertisement for your store and decided to visit, even though it is quite a distance from our home. We live in Troy. The trip was well worth it, couldn't be more pleased with the variety and the quality of your meats. Never buy any meats in grocery stores. If Landes Meats opened up tomorrow i wouldn't return.
